Data entry operator- Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join

our Warehouse Department. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for

accurately and efficiently entering jewelry-specific data received from vendors

into our computer system.

Responsibilities:

● Enter product-specific data received from vendors accurately and

efficiently into the computer system.

● Confirm the physical product designs received with the invoice received

from vendors.

● Verify the accuracy of the product-related data received from vendors

and enter the purchase order into the system/software.

● Take basic photo of the product and enter the same with the accurate

product details into the system.

● Maintain accurate records of all product-related data entered into the

system.

● Able to map the sample products received from new vendors with the

existing product list.

● Enter the inventory of goods into the software by making the purchase

entry after verifying the design and MRP details.

Candidate Profile:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role

● Basic knowledge of MS Office and excel.

● Accuracy and attention to detail

● Basic written and basic english speaking.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
