Job Description
We are hiring for both Field and Inside (Tele) Debt Recovery Agents for two different roles:
1.Tele Collection (Inside Role):
- Call customers and explain their outstanding dues
- Follow up and collect payments over calls
- Maintain proper communication and records
2.Field Collection (Field Role):
- Visit customers in assigned locations
- Explain pending dues and collect payments in person
- Coordinate with the office and submit collection reports
Candidates can apply for Tele Collection, Field Collection, or both, based on availability and interest.
