Debt Collection Specialist

We are hiring for both Field and Inside (Tele) Debt Recovery Agents for two different roles:

1.Tele Collection (Inside Role):

• Call customers and explain their outstanding dues
• Follow up and collect payments over calls
• Maintain proper communication and records

2.Field Collection (Field Role):

• Visit customers in assigned locations
• Explain pending dues and collect payments in person
• Coordinate with the office and submit collection reports

Candidates can apply for Tele Collection, Field Collection, or both, based on availability and interest.
