Key Responsibilities

: ● Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collection of overdue debts. ● Initiate contact with clients via phone, email, or letter to recover outstanding payments. ● Negotiate payment settlements and arrangements that align with company policies and customer capabilities. ● Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and follow-up actions. ● Ensure compliance with debt recovery regulations and best practices, including fair treatment of customers. ● Escalate unresolved or difficult cases to management as needed. ● Monitor payment schedules and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment. ● Work towards achieving individual and team collection targets. ● Prepare reports on collection progress and submit to supervisors. Qualifications: ● DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is a mandatory requiremen
