Job Summary:

We are looking for a DRA Certified Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling delinquent accounts, negotiating payments, and ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and messages.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining professionalism.

Ensure adherence to RBI and company policies regarding debt collection.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment commitments.

Resolve customer queries and disputes related to outstanding dues.

Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

Mandatory DRA Certification as per RBI guidelines.

1-3 years of experience in debt collection or recovery & fresher's.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of banking and financial products.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
