Job Description: Debt Recovery Agent (Field Job)
We are seeking a Debt Recovery Agent to contact customers regarding overdue payments. Using system data (Excel), you'll update customers on outstanding balances, negotiate immediate payments, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers to inform them of overdue payments.
Negotiate and secure immediate payments over the phone.
Update customer records and follow up on payment status.
Qualifications:
Experience in debt recovery or collections.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Excel and data management.
