Job Title: Loan Recovery Executive / Officer

Department: Collections / Recovery

Job Summary:

Responsible for recovering overdue loan payments through telephonic and field follow-ups while ensuring compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs via calls
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
• Update recovery status and maintain records
• Coordinate with legal/field teams when required
• Ensure ethical and compliant recovery practices

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of loan recovery and collections
• Willingness to handle field visits (if required)

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification & Experience:

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• 0–2 years' experience in loan recovery or collections
