Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer collections efficiently while following company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with customers through calls and emails to ensure timely payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and ensure ethical collection practices.
• Work in a 7-day working environment with rotational weekly offs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• DRA Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Collections process is required.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English is essential.
• Education: Open to both Graduates and Undergraduates.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet daily targets
