Job Description
Job Title: Loan Recovery Executive / Officer
Department: Collections / Recovery
Job Summary:
Responsible for recovering overdue loan payments through telephonic and field follow-ups while ensuring compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs via calls
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
- Update recovery status and maintain records
- Coordinate with legal/field teams when required
- Ensure ethical and compliant recovery practices
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of loan recovery and collections
- Willingness to handle field visits (if required)
Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Qualification & Experience:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- 0–2 years' experience in loan recovery or collections
