Job Description
Job Title: Collection Executive (Telecaller) Process: SBI Card Collections
Location: Hongasandra, Vishwapriya Layout Bangalore & Electronic City Phase 2 Bangalore
Type: Full-Time (Urgent Hiring)
- 1. Telecaller (In-Office) Role: Making outbound calls to SBI Card customers regarding overdue payments.
- Requirements:
- Language: Must be fluent in Kannada (Mandatory).
- DRA Certification: Highly preferred (or willing to complete training).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in banking collections is a plus.
- Key Skills: Negotiation, polite communication, and basic Excel for data entry.
- Eligibility & Benefits
- Education: 10th/12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 + Attractive Performance Incentives.
