Debt Recovery Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection agents, providing daily guidance, supervision, and support.
• Performance Management: Set, monitor, and analyze team performance against KPIs and collection targets, providing feedback and coaching.
• Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement collection strategies, manage workloads, and oversee daily activities to ensure efficient debt recovery.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure the team adheres strictly to company policies, procedures, and relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the point person for escalated customer issues, complex accounts, and difficult negotiations, resolving them effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, collection activities, and key metrics to senior management.
• Training & Development: Coach and develop team members, enhancing their collection techniques and skills.
