Job Title: Field Recovery Specialist (Urgent) | Tamil & Kannada Mandatory

Job Type: Full Time (Day Shift) | Field + Office

Interview Process:

1. Telephonic -> 2. Virtual -> 3. Face-to-Face (HSR Office).

Role Requirements (Strictly No Freshers):

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Field Recovery in NBFC, Bank, or Private Loan Collections is mandatory.
• Languages: Tamil & Kannada are Compulsory.
• Added Advantage: Candidates who also speak Hindi and English (This is a plus).
• Vehicle: Must have own Bike and a valid Driving License (DL).
• Age: 25 to 40 years.
• Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduate is a plus).

Your Role (Hybrid: 80% Travel / 20% Office):

• Field Visits: Travel across Bangalore and Tamil Nadu to collect pending dues.
• Strict Recovery: Visit customers and recover pending EMI.
• Office Work: When not traveling, report to the HSR office (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM). Check Promise to Pay Reports, make reminder calls and messages, and update the Collection Head.

Employment Terms & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20k - ₹40k.
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM). Weekends only if required.
• Reimbursements: Travel & Food bills are provided.
• Probation Period: 3 Months.
• Notice Period: 60 Days.
• Leaves: 1 SL during probation; 1 SL + 1 EL post-probation.
• Perks: Travel & Food expenses are provided.
