Decorator (Baloon & Flowers)

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Balloon & Event Decorator who can design and execute high-quality decor setups for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and house parties.

This role involves both design sense and physical setup work.

Decor Setup & Execution

• Create and install
• Balloon garlands & arches
• Backdrop decorations
• Ring setups
• Theme-based birthday decor
• Basic flower decor (if experienced)
• Ensure neat finishing and premium look for every setup
• Dismantle decor after the event when required

Material Handling

• Inflate balloons using manual/electric pumps
• Use frames, stands, panels, and basic tools
• Handle props, fabrics, and lights carefully
• Pack and load materials for events

On-Site Coordination

• Reach venue on time
• Complete setup within the given timeline
• Coordinate with team members and supervisor
• Handle last-minute changes calmly

Inventory Support

• Help in checking decor materials before dispatch
• Ensure no items are missing or damaged
