Job Title: Delivery Executive / Delivery Boy (Logistics)

Job Summary:

The Delivery Executive is responsible for picking up and delivering packages, parcels, or goods to customers safely and on time. The role involves route planning, maintaining delivery records, and ensuring excellent customer service during deliveries. the executive should package the goods, pick and drop the goods to the retailer.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up packages from the warehouse, hub, or seller location.
• Deliver parcels to customers within the assigned area and time frame.
• Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and package condition.
• Collect cash payments (if Cash on Delivery) and submit them to the office as per company policy.
• Obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmation through mobile applications.
• Maintain delivery logs and update delivery status in the system or app.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.
• Handle packages carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own bike/scooter (preferred for field deliveries).
• Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and GPS navigation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in field and manage multiple deliveries daily.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of local routes and areas. local executives will be prioritized (KANNADA)

• Time management and punctuality.
• Physical fitness for handling packages.

Working Conditions

Field-based job involving travel within assigned delivery zones.

• Flexible working hours, including weekends if required.
