• Ensure all parcels are handled carefully and delivered safely.
• Verify customer details and collect payment (if COD).
• Maintain delivery records and update order status using a mobile app.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Provide polite and professional customer service.
• Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred).
• Valid driving license (for bike/scooter).
• Own vehicle (optional, based on company requirement).
• Good knowledge of local routes.
• Ability to handle packages of different sizes.
• Basic smartphone usage skills.
• Punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
