Delivery Executive

We are hiring Delivery Executives for Delhivery operations. The role involves last-mile delivery of parcels to customers while ensuring timely and safe delivery.

• Key Responsibilities:Deliver parcels to customers as per assigned route
• Ensure proper handling of shipments and COD collection (if applicable)
• Complete deliveries within the defined timeline
• Maintain delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and delivery SOPs
• Shift & Work Details:Shift Duration: 9 hours per day
• Minimum Dispatch Requirement: 10 dispatches per day
• Weekly 6 days working (1 weekly off)
• Payout & Benefits:Payout: Per order delivered (performance-based earnings)
• Minimum Guarantee (MG): Applicable as per company policy (subject to meeting minimum dispatch & attendance criteria)
• Weekly Attendance Bonus: Extra incentive for full weekly attendance
• High-performing executives can earn more based on deliveries
• Eligibility Criteria:Must have own two-wheeler
• Valid Driving License
• Smartphone with internet access
• Basic knowledge of local routes
• Age: 18–40 years
