Payout PolicyEffective From: 1st April 2026

1. HSR Payout StructureFixed Payout (Day-wise)●      ₹800 for completing 5 orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

●      ₹1000 for completing 6 orders on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Additional Conditions●      If the rider does not meet the minimum order criteria (5–6 orders as per day), payout will be ₹130 per order

●      Beyond 80 km, distance incentive will be ₹7 per km (to & fro)

2. KR Puram & Yeshwantpur Payout StructureFixed Payout (Minimum Guarantee - MG)●      ₹1200 per day (Monday to Sunday)

●      Applicable on completing minimum 11 hours check-in at the hub

●      Shift duration: 12 hours per day

Distance Policy●      120 km included in the fixed payout

●      Beyond 120 km, distance incentive will be ₹7 per km (to & fro)

Partial Hours Condition●      If a rider does not complete 11 hours, payout will be calculated on a pro-rata basis

For ex: a rider checks in for 6 hours only will receive Rs 1200/11*6=Rs 654 only.

No Order Condition●      If a rider completes 11 hours check-in and no/less orders are assigned, MG payout (₹1200) will still be applicable.

3. Penalty PolicySLA Breach (For all stores)●      A penalty of ₹25 per order will be applied if the order is not delivered within SLA as per Google ETA + buffer. This buffer will be based on hour of the day.

○      For Peak hour order (8 am to 11 am and 6 pm to 10 pm)- 10 Min buffer

○      For Non-peak hour buffer (rest of the day)- 5 Min

●      If delay exceeds 15 min from ETA, then Rs 15 penalty will keep getting added after every 15 minutes.

Return to Hub Delay (For HSR riders)●      If the rider does not return to the hub within the ETA (as per Google Maps + buffer), ₹25 penalty per order will be applied

○      For Peak hour order (8 am to 11 am and 6 pm to 10 pm)- 10 Min buffer

○      For Non-peak hour buffer (rest of the day)- 5 Min

●      If delay exceeds 15 min from ETA, then Rs 15 penalty will keep getting added after every 15 minutes.

Declined Orders (For all stores)●      If a rider declines 1 order, a penalty of ₹25 will be applied.

●      If a rider declines 3 orders in a day, the full day payout will be Zero.

Weekly Attendance Bonus (For all stores)

Riders who complete TFSS and work 11 hours checked-in at the hub on all 4 days will receive a weekly attendance bonus of ₹600

Overtime Bonus (For all stores)

For all riders, we will give overtime incentive of Rs 75 per hour on pro-rata basis beyond 11 hours of check-in during non-peak hours

If riders extend their shift beyond 11 hours during peak hours in the evening (Between 6 pm and 10 pm), we will pay them Rs 125 per hour
