Delivery Executive

1. Delivery Management:

• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Liaise with the delivery team to ensure they understand their daily routes and responsibilities.

• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to deliveries, ensuring prompt resolution.

2. Operations Support:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and addressing operational challenges.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for restocking and order fulfilment.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and operational activities.

3. Logistics Coordination:

• Optimize delivery routes to reduce delivery times and costs.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely receipt of goods.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring quality service.

4. Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

• Collect feedback from customers post-delivery to improve service quality.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
