Job Description (JD) for a DMT Executive (Delivery Management Team – Ground Operations): Job Title: DMT Executive (Ground Operations)

Location: Thippasandra Department: RBX Operations Reports To: Hub Incharge

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable DMT Executive to manage ground-level vehicle logistics and ensure smooth delivery, pickup, and maintenance processes. This role involves direct vehicle handling, cleanliness upkeep, and coordination with the service team to ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ● Deliver vehicles to customers at scheduled times and locations. ● Pick up vehicles once the ride is completed. ● Pick up vehicles in case of early ride drop-offs. ● Shift vehicles to and from the service center as required. ● Exchange vehicles at the customer location in case of breakdowns or issues. ● Clean vehicles regularly and ensure all vehicles at the hub are maintained in good condition. ● Maintain hub cleanliness and follow safety standards. ● Report any issues with vehicles or operations to the supervisor. ● Ensure timely execution of tasks and coordinate effectively with the backend team. Language Requirement: ● Must be able to speak Kannada,English, and Hindi.

Requirements: ● 10th Pass / 12th Pass or equivalent. ● Valid two-wheeler license (mandatory). ● Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and cleaning. ● Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends. ● Good communication and coordination skills. ● Physically fit and comfortable working on-ground in outdoor environments. Preferred: ● Experience in logistics, bike rentals, or delivery-based roles. ● Familiarity with vehicle types, basic maintenance, and safety protocols.
