• Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Epik Buddy For Demo (Field Sales):
• Conduct in-home, hands-on demonstrations of high-end gadgets (e.g., robotic vacuums, smart locks, projectors).
• Explain product features, address technical doubts, and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
• Manage the end-to-end demo process, from scheduling to customer feedback collection.
• Customer Success Executive:
• Engage customers via WhatsApp, calls, and emails to schedule and confirm in-home demo sessions.
• Manage and update CRM systems to track customer interactions and booking metrics.
• Provide post-demo follow-ups to convert interest into purchases.
