About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This is a unique role that combines clinical practice with clinic management. You will be the face of the clinic for many patients, ensuring they receive high-quality care while maintaining the operational flow of the facility.

• Key Clinical ResponsibilitiesPrimary Procedures: Perform routine dental procedures with precision, including Scaling and Polishing, Simple & Complicated Extractions, and Composite/GIC Fillings.
• Diagnosis: Conduct thorough patient examinations, take digital X-rays (RVGs), and formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Patient Education: Explain oral hygiene techniques and treatment necessity to patients in a clear, empathetic manner.
• Operational & Management ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing protocols and ensure the clinic is "patient-ready" at all times.
• Patient Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar (via Practo/Manual logs) to ensure minimal waiting time and optimal clinic flow.
• Query Management: Handle patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp Business with a professional and helpful tone.
• Inventory: Monitor stock levels of dental consumables and coordinate orders when necessary.
• Candidate ProfileQualification: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized university with a valid DCI registration.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly bedside manner. Must be tech-savvy (comfortable using WhatsApp Business and practice management software).
