Dentist

We are looking for a skilled and organized General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients while also managing key administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys both patient interaction and the business side of dental practice management.

Key Responsibilities :

Clinical Duties:

• Perform routine check-ups, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and extractions.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, and design comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges) and basic endodontic treatments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.

Administrative Duties:

• Practice Oversight: Manage daily clinic schedules to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Patient Coordination: Oversee patient record-keeping, ensuring all digital files and consent forms are accurate and compliant.
• Billing & Insurance: Assist in processing insurance claims, verifying coverage, and managing patient billing/collections.
• Inventory Management: Track and order dental supplies and equipment while maintaining budget constraints.
• Staff Coordination: Support the front-desk team and dental assistants with workflow protocols and training.
• Required QualificationsEducation: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid State Dental Council registration.
• Experience: 0–3 years of clinical experience (preferred), with a demonstrated interest in clinic management or administration.
• Skills: Proficiency in dental software (MS Office or specific PMS), excellent communication, and strong multi-tasking abilities.

Social media management:

Meet weekly with the marketing team to report which digital campaigns are resulting in actual "butts in chairs" (conversion tracking) and which patient FAQs should be turned into new content.
