We have opening for a DM position at our stores in Richmond road and Kamannahalli

• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and a satisfied customer.
• Be adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure the department's layout and product displays are visually appealing and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Regularly review stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Plan and manage department inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking or stock-outs.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives, setting clear expectations and providing guidance to achieve departmental goals.
• Leverage and effectively utilize retail technology software to optimize department operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations within the department.
• Plan and execute special sales events, promotions, and product launches to boost sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
