Job Summary:-

The Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the assigned department at Nature’s Basket, ensuring high standards of customer service, inventory management, sales growth, and team supervision. The role requires strong FMCG retail experience and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned department
• Ensure availability, proper display, and merchandising of FMCG products
• Monitor stock levels, handle replenishment, and reduce wastage/shrinkage
• Achieve sales targets and drive department-wise revenue growth
• Supervise, train, and motivate department staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively
• Coordinate with store management for promotions, pricing, and new launches
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 10th, Puc or Any degree
• Proven experience in FMCG
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and merchandising
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts and handle store operations independently
