Job Description
- Ensure the department's layout and product displays are visually appealing and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Regularly review stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Plan and manage department inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking or stock-outs.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives, setting clear expectations and providing guidance to achieve departmental goals.
- Plan and execute special sales events, promotions, and product launches to boost sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communicate, and drive the department's sales targets by regularly monitoring progress and taking strategic actions to meet or exceed goals.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized department.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide recommendations and assist customers in finding suitable products to meet their needs.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and a satisfied customer.
