Job Description:

We are seeking a Design Engineer to manage design coordination, project planning, and technical control across multiple project sites to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:·        

. Plan and control manpower deployment for assigned projects.

·        Monitor and control day-to-day activities at project sites.

·        Attend project review and coordination meetings.

·        Verify final BOQ and drawings; report deviations to Project Head/MD.

·        Coordinate with Consultants/PMC for approval of panel and construction drawings.

·        Visit project sites to verify drawing accuracy before release to Purchase/Execution teams.

·        Prepare project schedules (bar charts) using MS Project in coordination with Consultant/PMC/Client.

·        Prepare material quantity estimates based on approved drawings.

·        Provide technical inputs and prioritize long-lead materials such as panels, cables, cable trays, and light fixtures.

·        Coordinate with Site In-Charge for site indents and material schedules to ensure accurate procurement.

·        Prepare CMP (comparison) documents for deviations and obtain required approvals.

·        Coordinate invoice certification with Consultants, Architects, and Clients.

·        Maintain and update project documents as per ISO standards.

·        Conduct internal review meetings, prepare MOM, and update management.

·        Provide performance feedback for team members.

Requirements:·       

2nd PUC and above

·        Experience in design coordination and project execution.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

·        Strong coordination and communication skills.

·        Willingness to visit project sites.
