•          Configuring and Maintenance of DNS, Active Directory.

•          Configuring and Maintenance of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol.

•          Configuring and Maintenance MS outlook.

•          Administration, installation, configure and troubleshoot of the windows based operating systems of windows 7,8.1 & 10.

•          Manage Service Desk responsibility to maintain approximately More than10 users.

•          Trouble shooting of outlook related Issues.

•          Troubleshooting IP address assigning.

•          Knowledge on Team Viewer, Anydesk.
