Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled System Administrator & IT Support Executive to manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support to end users
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (Active Directory)
• Handle email configuration and support (Outlook, Office 365/Google Workspace)
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and security
• Manage printers, CCTV, and other IT assets
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in System Administration & IT Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking concepts
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools
• Good understanding of IT security practices and backups
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Basic knowledge of Linux
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure basics)
• Experience in handling CCTV and access control systems
