Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our online marketing strategies. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive high-quality traffic, and improve conversion rates across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate has a passion for all things digital, stays ahead of industry trends, and enjoys blending creative storytelling with technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Content Creation: Design and oversee the creation of engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and company blog.
• SEO & Traffic: Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and user experience.
• Paid Advertising: Assist in managing PPC accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Lead Generation: Implement strategies to capture leads and nurture them through email marketing automation.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital tools, trends, and competitor activities to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: [1-3]years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles.
• Design Basics: Basic experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear reports.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
