We are hiring for the Position: Program Engagement Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a people-oriented and curious individual to support our training programs and digital engagement. This fully paid role blends participant interaction with light content support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and creative work. This is a flexible, task-based role with clear guidance and hands-on exposure.

What You’ll Do

Program & Participant Support

• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and messages
• Support enrolment and onboarding
• Assist with coordination during program delivery

Content & Engagement Support

• Assist in creating social media posts and captions
• Support short videos, reels, and basic creatives
• Share participant feedback to improve content and communication

Who This Role Is For

• Min qualification: Graduation, Fluent English speakers based in Bengaluru
• Comfortable talking to people and handling follow-ups
• Organised, reliable, and consistent
• Interested in learning, growth, and practical exposure
• Open to wearing multiple hats without being overwhelmed
