Role: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth across both B2B and B2C channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead funnel optimization, with the ability to track conversions, manage CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and improve campaign ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.
  • Generate qualified leads for both B2B and B2C products/services.
  • Monitor cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Continuously improve lead quality and campaign performance.


1.Paid Advertising

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI and lower acquisition costs.


2.SEO & Organic Growth

  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Work with content teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies.


3.Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Build and manage lead funnels and landing pages.
  • Improve lead conversion rates through optimization strategies.
  • Work with CRM systems to track leads from acquisition to conversion.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.


4.Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using tools like:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Meta Ads Manager


5.CRM tools

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.
