About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive who has strong hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, managing social media channels, and producing high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about growing brand presence across platforms.

• Key Responsibilities1. Paid AdvertisingPlan, create, and manage Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• 2. Social Media ManagementHandle day-to-day management of our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
• Plan monthly calendars, engage with the audience, and ensure brand consistency.
• Create and post content regularly (images, reels, stories, carousels, etc.).
• 3. YouTube Channel ManagementUpload videos, optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags for SEO.
• Manage publishing schedules, playlists, and overall channel growth.
• 4. Video Creation & EditingShoot, edit, and produce videos for ads, social media, and YouTube.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional clips, and tutorial videos.
• Knowledge of editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Filmora, or similar.
• 5. Content CreationWork on scripts, captions, and marketing messages.
• Collaborate with the team to generate fresh content ideas.
• Required SkillsProven experience in digital marketing and paid ad management.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
• Ability to create and edit engaging videos.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and channel growth strategies.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
• Good communication and creative thinking.
• Qualifications1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
