RC CALL ELITE is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong skills in
lead generation, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
The candidate will be responsible for running paid campaigns, generating quality leads,
monitoring performance, and supporting the company’s marketing goals.
- Responsibilities: Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads through digital platforms
- Manage and track daily ad performance and ROI
- Create basic landing pages or lead forms for campaigns
- Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare simple reports
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality
- Requirements: Good knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing tools
- Ability to analyze ad results and optimize campaigns
- Prior experience preferred (minimum 6 months – 1 year)
