Digital Marketing Intern (Unpaid → Paid → Full-Time Transition Program)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and career-driven Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to gain real-time industry exposure. This structured program is designed to transform fresh graduates into skilled digital marketing professionals through a performance-based growth path.

This opportunity includes:

• 6 Months Unpaid Internship

• 6 Months Paid Internship (Performance-Based Stipend)

• Full-Time Employment Opportunity (Based on KPI Evaluation)

Each phase includes clear KPIs and performance evaluations that determine stipend increments and final salary structure.

Program Structure:

Phase 1: Unpaid Internship (First 6 Months)

• Hands-on training and exposure to live projects.
• Performance review at the end of 6 months.
• Based on KPI performance, candidates transition to Paid Internship.

Phase 2: Paid Internship (Next 6 Months)

• Stipend range: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 (Based on performance & KPIs).
• Work on real-time digital marketing projects across multiple areas with proper guidance and mentorship.
• Final KPI review at completion of 12 months.

Phase 3: Full-Time Employment

• Salary will be decided based on overall 1-year performance, KPI achievements, skill growth, leadership ability, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing On-Page SEO strategies (keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, internal linking)
• Support Off-Page SEO activities (link building, outreach, guest posting)
• Assist in Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Support Facebook & Instagram Ads campaign creation and monitoring
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis
• Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
• Participate in strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field (Mandatory)
• Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Good managerial, coordination, and team collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore

Added Advantage:

• Completed Digital Marketing Course
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing
• Familiarity with marketing tools
