Job Description:We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on lead generation to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing performance-driven campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
• Create high-converting landing pages and lead magnets in coordination with the design and content team
• Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems
• Manage marketing funnels to nurture and convert leads into customers
• A/B test creatives, copy, and CTAs to improve campaign results
• Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve targeting
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-per-lead (CPL) efficiency
• Monitor competitor campaigns and trends in performance marketing
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong track record in lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Solid understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, Elementor)
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
• Experience in B2B or service-based lead generation campaigns
• Understanding of marketing automation tools
