Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads for residential and plotted development projects, managing digital campaigns, and supporting sales conversions through effective online strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects (plots, villas, apartments)
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Generate high-quality leads and ensure consistent lead flow for the sales team
• Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve ROI
• Create and manage landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing funnels
• Handle social media marketing and brand promotion
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups and conversion tracking
• Manage CRM tools and lead databases
• Analyze campaign performance and provide daily/weekly reports
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Required Skills:Strong experience in real estate lead generation
• Expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and landing page optimization
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
• Basic knowledge of graphic/content tools (Canva, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Digital Marketing
• Experience in plotted development or residential projects
• Understanding of customer journey in real estate sales
