Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns for our uPVC and Aluminium windows and doors business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting sales growth through digital channels.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms.



Generate high-quality B2C and B2B leads for windows and doors projects.



Manage lead funnels, landing pages, and CRM coordination with the sales team.



Social Media & Content Marketing



Manage and grow company presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.



Create content ideas related to uPVC & Aluminium windows, doors, sliding systems, casement windows, villas, apartments, and commercial projects.



Coordinate with designers for creatives, reels, and videos.



Website & SEO



Optimize website content for SEO, including blogs, service pages, and landing pages.



Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.



Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile rankings.



Campaign Analysis & Reporting



Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPL, and ROI.



Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.



Optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry trends.



Brand & Market Research



Research competitors in the windows and doors manufacturing/fabrication industry.



Identify new digital marketing opportunities and platforms.



Stay updated with real estate, construction, and home improvement trends.




Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.



1–4 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in building materials, construction, real estate, or home improvement is a plus).



Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.



Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.



Basic understanding of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors products (or willingness to learn).



Strong analytical and communication skills.




Preferred Skills



Experience in real estate or construction industry marketing.



Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.



Video marketing and reel strategy experience.



Copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.
