Prime Role: Digital Marketing with special focus as a Social Media Manager (LinkedIn & Twitter Specialist)

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Work Mode: On-site, 5 days/week

Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our presence on LinkedIn and Twitter. This role is exclusive to these platforms and demands a deep understanding of B2B engagement, thought leadership positioning, and global academic audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Create compelling posts, threads, and visuals that reflect our brand voice and research-driven ethos
  • Grow and engage a global B2B audience including researchers, educators, and institutional stakeholders
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations relevant to education, research, and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (research, marketing, design) to amplify campaigns and insights
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics
  • Manage posting schedules, community interactions, and platform updates


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Twitter for B2B brands (preferably in education, research, or tech)
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for education, research, and global impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
