Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand visibility.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and website performance to boost organic reach.
• Analyze data from Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams for high-conversion content (ads, landing pages, creatives, videos).
• Track ROI, lead quality, and implement A/B testing for campaign optimization.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships if required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with expertise in performance marketing and analytics.
• Proven success in running campaigns for interior design, home improvement, or real estate domains is a big plus.
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush).
• Strong strategic thinking, reporting, and decision-making skills.
