About the Role

Triloma Skin Clinic LLP is looking for a highly creative, passionate, and experienced Content Creator + Video Editor + Digital Marketing Executive with strong exposure to the aesthetic/dermatology industry.

Candidates with existing connections to top beauty, skin, and hair influencers will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

Develop high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and website.

Shoot & edit treatment explanation videos, doctor interactions, patient testimonials, Reels, before–after visuals, etc.

Create monthly content plans aligned with clinic campaigns and doctor schedules.

2. Video Production & Editing

Edit engaging Reels, shorts, promotional videos, and clinic ads.

Add captions, transitions, animations, branding elements.

Retouch and refine before–after images.

3. Social Media Management

Manage content scheduling, posting, and trend-based content.

Respond to messages/comments to boost engagement.

Ensure steady social media growth and strong brand presence.

4. Digital Marketing

Run & manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.

Handle website SEO, blogs, and landing page optimization.

Analyze metrics like lead quality, engagement rate, CPL & ROI.

5. Influencer Marketing – Major Requirement

Collaborate with top skin, hair, beauty & wellness influencers in Bangalore.

Utilize existing influencer contacts to drive brand visibility.

Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.

Coordinate influencer shoots, content approvals, and clinic branding integration.

Required Skills

Prior experience in the aesthetic/dermatology industry (Kaya, Oliva, VLCC, Bodycraft preferred).

Strong influencer network in beauty, skincare, haircare, lifestyle categories.

Proven skills in:

Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

Photoshop / Canva

Meta Business Suite

Google Ads Manager

Strong understanding of trends in beauty content & patient engagement.

Excellent communication & creative thinking abilities.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related field.

2–6 years of experience in digital content creation/marketing for clinics or beauty brands.
