Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver structured training sessions on Digital Marketing
  • Train on core modules including:

  • SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Content Marketing & Copywriting basics
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and live projects
  • Create training materials: PPTs, case studies, worksheets, and assessments
  • Monitor learner progress and provide feedback & mentoring
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends & tools
  • Support placement readiness (resume review, interview prep – if required)
  • Coordinate with HR/Management on batch schedules and performance reports
  • Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way
  • Experience with tools like:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)
  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of website platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Preferred SkillsPrior training or teaching experience
  • Industry certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot – added advantage)
  • Experience training freshers, BDEs, or corporate teams
  • Passion for mentoring and skill development
