Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send initial Loan Estimates (LE) within required timelines.
- Issue revised disclosures for changes such as rate lock, loan program, fees, or property updates.
- Ensure loan fees, escrows, and third-party charges are accurate.
- Track borrower receipt and acknowledgment of disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with TRID, TILA, RESPA, ECOA, and state regulations.
- Review loan data for accuracy (borrower, property, loan terms, fees).
- Coordinate with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Title teams.
- Use LOS systems (Encompass or similar) to generate and track disclosures.
- Support audits and correct disclosure-related issues when required.
- Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of experience in U.S. mortgage operations or disclosures.
- Good understanding of mortgage regulations (TRID, TILA, RESPA, ECOA).
- Experience with Encompass LOS or similar systems.
- Knowledge of mortgage loan products.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
