Job Opening - SCM Manager 

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Plan and execute purchase orders based on demand forecast

• Negotiate with suppliers on:

• Pricing

• Payment terms

• Lead time

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ)

• Maintain strong relationships with:

• Manufacturers

• Authorized distributors

• Import suppliers (if applicable)

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate inbound logistics from suppliers to warehouse

• Manage outbound logistics to:

• Dealers

• Retailers

• Project sites

• Optimize:

• Transportation cost

• Delivery timelines

• Route planning

• Handle freight forwarders, couriers, and transporters

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with:

• Sales team (for demand insights)

• Finance (cash flow, credit limits)

• Operations & warehouse team

• Quality & compliance teams

• Support project-based orders with customized supply plans

Cost Optimization

• Reduce procurement and logistics costs

• Improve inventory turnover ratio

• Minimize:

• Emergency purchases

• Excess freight costs

• Obsolete inventory losses
