Job Description – Dispatch Executive ( Bangalore )

Work Timing: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time)

About the Role : We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage order dispatch operations and ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations and schedule deliveries.
• Coordinate with delivery riders and logistics partners.
• Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and documentation of orders.
• Maintain dispatch records and update status in the system.
• Track and monitor delivery movement to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer delivery-related queries and resolutions.
• Maintain stock movement records between store and dispatch area.
• Report daily dispatch status to the operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch / logistics / warehouse operations (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with dispatch/ERP tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
