Operations & Logistics Manager (ERP-Driven | Hands-On)

Role SummaryWe are looking for a battle-tested Operations & Logistics Manager who can work on the ground, run ERP processes, and ensure on-time deliveries without excuses.

This role demands someone who is equally comfortable inside the factory, warehouse, and ERP system—someone who owns problems, drives people, and gets shipments out on time.

• Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Floor ManagementTake complete ownership of daily operations (production coordination, packing, dispatch).
• Be physically present on the floor to push work, remove bottlenecks, and enforce discipline.
• Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure jobs move daily—no stagnation.
• 2. ERP Management & Data DisciplineManage ERP entries end-to-end (orders, production status, inventory, dispatch).
• Ensure real-time, accurate data—no delayed or fake entries.
• Track order status, material movement, and delivery commitments through ERP.
• Generate daily / weekly ERP reports for management (pending orders, delays, shortages).
• Train staff to follow ERP processes correctly and consistently.
• 3. Logistics & Delivery ExecutionPlan and execute dispatch schedules as per committed delivery dates.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure packing accuracy, documentation, and compliance.
• Track shipments until final delivery and close the loop in ERP.
• Handle delivery escalations and solve problems proactively.
• 4. Inventory & Material ControlMonitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Prevent stock mismatches, shortages, and over-stocking.
• Ensure proper batch tracking, labeling, and storage discipline.
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely material availability.
• 5. Process Control & AccountabilityEnforce SOPs, timelines, and responsibility ownership.
• Identify delays, inefficiencies, and manpower issues and fix them.
• Ensure daily targets are met and report deviations immediately.
• Act as the single point of accountability for operations and logistics.
• Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have5+ years experience in operations, logistics, or factory management
• Strong hands-on ERP experience (any manufacturing ERP / inventory system)
• Proven ability to manage deliveries and deadlines
• Comfortable working on the shop floor + system side
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle pressure and daily firefighting
• Good to HaveExperience in garment / manufacturing / FMCG / supply chain
• Knowledge of inventory planning and dispatch optimization
