Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily dispatch operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate dispatch activities

Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery

Maintain dispatch records and documentation

Work on MIS software for daily operations

Make daily entries and ensure timely updates in the system

Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams

Handle basic reporting and updates

Shift Details:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MIS/software handling)

Ability to work in day or night shifts
