Distributor program marketing lead, APAC

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of Distributor marketing programs across all the APAC countries
  • Identify needs for Sell and Build motion and accordingly provide roadmap for aligning distributors to support the motions
  • Build strategy to develop a strategic balance for demand generation and recruitment through Distributors
  • Collaborate with countries (EMMs, Eco leader, BPS) to build quarterly plans based on business priorities and pipeline gaps
  • Engage business and encourage to drive an enablement roadmap that can be leveraged across countries
  • Responsible for ROI against the investment via distributor routes – WR of 20x for HW and 10x for SW
  • Contribute to 4x Select | 35% of Ecosystem pipeline | 30% growth in small deals
  • Support with Distributor enablement and communications including and not limited to sharing of engagement materials, activation kits, recruitment support
  • Regular updates to business, marketing community and extended ecosystem team on upcoming engagements, outcomes and plans


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Necessary Skills:
  • Able to execute programs, excellent project management capabilities
  • Ability to identify business gaps and land solutions to address those gaps
  • Collaborate with APAC team to drive overall Co-M performance
  • Manage global stakeholder relationship for Distributor programs
