Document Verification And Office Assistent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant & Field Document Verification Executive. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks in the office and conduct on-site field visits to verify physical documents, client addresses, and authenticity of employee or customer data. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Document Verification Process (50-60%)

• Physical Verification: Travel to customer residences, offices, or business locations to conduct in-person verification.
• Document Collection: Collect, scan, and verify KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Address Proof, Marksheets).
• Evidence Collection: Capture geotagged photos of premises and documents, and upload them to the internal system.
• Background Check (BGV): Verify employment, educational, or address details for pre-employment screening.
• Reporting: Submit daily reports on verified, pending, or discrepant cases (MIS).
• Discrepancy Management: Identify and escalate forged or incomplete documents immediately
