*Responsibilities:*

- _Document Verification_: Verify documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, and other required details

- _Data Management_: Perform data entry, record maintenance, and document management

- _Communication_: Make outbound/inbound calls to customers for KYC completion and clarification

- _Reporting_: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required

*Requirements:*

- _Education_: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma

- _Experience_: 0-2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role
