Domestic Operations & Client Services

 Key Responsibilities:Operations (Domestic):

• Handle end-to-end domestic pet relocation bookings across India.
• Coordinate with airlines, transporters, veterinarians, and crate vendors.
• Ensure timely documentation: health certificates, vaccination records, and NOC.
• Track shipments and update customers regularly.
• Handle crate delivery, pet pickup, and airport coordination.
• Ensure compliance with airline and state animal transport regulations.

Customer Relationship:

• Respond to inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Explain domestic pet travel process, pricing, and timelines clearly.
• Follow up with leads until booking confirmation.
• Provide post-booking support and handle customer queries/complaints.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• 🔹 Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any field.
• 1–3 years experience in logistics, travel, customer service, or pet services.
• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi or regional language).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM preferred).
• Love for animals is a must 🐶🐱
