Job Description
- Prepare different varieties of dosa such as Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Set Dosa, Butter Dosa, and Ghee Dosa
- Prepare and manage dosa batter fermentation
- Maintain proper heat and cleanliness of the tawa (dosa pan)
- Ensure consistent taste and quality of food
- Work efficiently during breakfast and peak hours
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for chutneys, sambar, and other items
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
